The Catfish Bend Riverboat, in Fort Madison, with 13,000 square feet, 535 slot machines, and 14 table games. An additional Iowa riverboat gambling den, The Isle of Capri, is open all day and night, with 24,939 square feet, 1,100 slots, and 24 table games. The Mississippi Belle II, a 10,577 sq.ft. river based gambling den in Clinton, has 506 slots, 14 table games, live entertainment, and Thursday vingt-et-un events.
Iowa casinos present an awesome deal of tax income to the state government of Iowa, which has enabled the bankrolling of many state wide projects. Visitors have increased at a fast rate along with the demand for processors and a gain in working people.
