Being Taught From My Betting Blunders

1st to clarify the reason I wrote this article. I have been wagering online or at land based casinos for a great many years. I have learned, the fixation can grab a hold of you and you will not even notice it until you are broke. Especially if you are on a winning streak. I’ve gone through many thousands of dollars in only a short period of time and to this day on occasion, I’ll go too far. It appears you’re just having fun until you start to pay attention to your losses and the anguish settles in, and then you keep telling yourself "I can get it back" constantly. It doesn’t works. Then you become queasy in your belly and the harder you attempt the faster you lose.

When you see that you are up, remain on the UP! When you begin to be beaten, do not tell yourself, "well perhaps just one more" and over and over again, believe me, this logic RARELY ever functions. Say you’re betting on slot games, have a bankroll put aside before starting your action. Don’t go over that limit, regardless how captivating. If you happen to win, put that in a different pot. Don’t risk your winnings no matter what. As soon as you’ve played through your original set limit, bail out. Leave, whether it’s on the net or at a brick and mortar casino, don’t stick around. Always remember, there is going to be a different day, another time.

Remember, betting is assumed to be FUN not backbreaking, nauseating work! If you aren’t having fun yourself, you don’t belong there. If youcan’t afford the cost, don’t even begin.
